CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is scalable for all levels. It incorporates high-intensity interval training, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and other disciplines. We start each class with some mobility and stretching exercises.
Our bootcamp classes are a group training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. There may be some overlap with CrossFit exercises.
A 30-45 minute sessions including a brief introduction to some of our fundamental movements followed by a short Crossfit WoD.
This class is mainly focussed around road running, Assault bike, rowers, ski ergs and the TechnoGym skill mills. We will use varying interval lengths and intensities to increase you aerobic capacity, strength and power. This class is for all ability levels.
During this 60 minute class we will learn the skills and drills needed to master the snatch and the clean and jerk. This class will include assistance exercises and percentage work to help increase your 1 rep max lifts.
This class will be focussed around breaking down the more complex gymnastics skills used in our program. We will work through relevant progressions to help athletes achieve Pull ups, Toes to bar, handstand push ups, handstand walks and muscle ups.
This class is for Warrior Programming athletes looking to represent our gym and is by invitation only. If you are interested in extra programming please speak to one of our coaches.
Be non-functional for once! In this class we Embrace the ‘curls for the girls’ amongst other non functional movements to mix up your weekly routine.
